With this type of connection, you have the option to use our financial institution or yours as the gateway to the Federal Reserve. Using your financial institution provides you the ability to leverage your existing banking relationship to improve funding times and streamline the process even more. Regardless of whose relationship is used, funds are always settled into the account of your choosing.
Distinctive Features
A flexible and scalable platform, our Gateway can support multiple payment types, process debits or credits, handle Accounts Receivable Collections (ARC) and volume processing, and accommodate options for data delivery and payment recollection. It can process ACH files, checks, and credit card payments and be customized to deliver credit card data directly to your current partner. It can also process check verification and credit card authorizations and automatically handle dishonored ACH payments under multiple scheduling techniques.
Our Gateway can store recurring transaction schedules if your system cannot and can provide online reports. This system integrates with ERP, finance, and/or accounting applications.
Optimal Data Delivery and Security
Our approach to data delivery is to provide merchants options while meeting the highest industry standards for security. Data can be delivered via FTP, VPN, API, Web, and more. Reporting is 100% electronic. We are CISP and PCI compliant. Our approach to data security is based on the leading global security standard, ISO 17799. Data, storage, etc. are all CISP and SAS 70 certified as secure.
Optimal System Reliability
The solutions we offer ensure site and processing dependability. Our disaster recovery and back-up plan is based on the ISO 17799 standard. Our co-located, fully redundant back-up site is kept at a Fortune 500 state-of-the-art hardened facility that has a 99.9% up time. Our N + 1 architecture eliminates single point of failure. Redundancy is at ALL levels--software, hardware, network, environmental, and physical. Hot spares are on site at all sites.
Server and network utilization is kept at 30% or less! Our modular system design allows for immediately adding critical system resources if there are anomalous usage increases although the system can handle millions of transactions per hour.
